How long will it take to get my order?
Our process is divided into two phases:
- Handling: We take 1–2 business days to process, inspect, and pack your gear.
- Transit: Once shipped, your order typically arrives within 5–10 business days.
Bikes & Assembly
How assembled is my bike when it arrives?
All VoltTrail bicycles ship 95% assembled. You will typically only need to install the handlebars, front wheel, and pedals. Every bike includes a custom tool kit and a digital setup guide to get you on the trail quickly.
Can I return my order?
Yes. Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.
What if I don’t like my bike after it arrives?
We offer a 30-day trail guarantee. If you aren't satisfied, you can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery. Bikes must be in "like-new" condition, and frames/components must be in their original packaging.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are usually processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Do I need special tools to finish the assembly?
No. Every bike arrives 95% assembled and includes a custom VoltTrail tool kit containing everything you need to install the handlebars, front wheel, and pedals.
