30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and labels.

  • Include proof of purchase or your order number.

We reserve the right to inspect returned items before approving a refund or exchange.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or other reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or required by Australian Consumer Law:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Custom-built or special-order products

  • Items that have been used, installed, modified, or damaged after delivery

  • Perishable products (where applicable)

To request a return, please contact our customer support team before sending your item back.

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Return Shipping

If you change your mind and your return is accepted, you are generally responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:

  • The item arrived damaged.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The item has a manufacturing fault.

  • Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as VoltTrail cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your order is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Where appropriate, we may request photographs to help assess the issue.

Once confirmed, we'll work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, refund, or another remedy consistent with Australian Consumer Law.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution or payment provider to complete the refund.

Original shipping charges (if any were paid) are generally non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or an alternative product.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed for dispatch.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after receiving your order, subject to this policy.


Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

Where required by law, you are entitled to an appropriate remedy for products that fail to meet the consumer guarantees.
